Refund Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to matt@atlassoccer.net before the camp begins. A $50 non refundable processing fee applies to every cancellation. Payment processing fees are non refundable.

• 30 days or more before camp: full refund, minus the $50 fee.
• 14 to 29 days before camp: 50% refund, minus the $50 fee.
• Fewer than 14 days before camp: no refund. A credit toward a future ATLAS camp may be offered at our discretion.
• No shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Injury: refund or credit requests due to injury are reviewed case by case and require a doctor’s note sent to matt@atlassoccer.net before the camp begins.

If ATLAS cancels or reschedules the camp, players receive a full refund or a credit toward the rescheduled date.
